This pad site was created for a manufactured home.  We removed 5 feet of caliche and rock out of the hill  and then added 3 ft of caliche and road base material to level out the pad site to accommodate the manufactured home.  Caliche is a sedimentary rock, a hardened natural cement of calcium carbonate that binds other materials—such as gravel, sand, clay, and silt

I am overly ecstatic about the work Dustin has done for me. My initial meeting, Dustin spent 2 hours with me and a friend, look at two different properties. He took the time walk the entire property, asking exactly what I wanted to accomplish and then had given me several options. He was almost dead on his estimate of the project. Dustin knowledge of land prepping and explaining of exactly how the work will be completed sealed the deal. Dustin was in constant communication with me during the whole process. If anybody in the Hill Country needs land prepping, I would HIGHLY RECOMMAND, Hill Country Land Prep.
